As part of a seed financing, kfund, together with other renowned investors such as Seedcamp, Mustard Seed Maze, Shilling, Another.vc and Glovo founder Oscar Pierre, is investing EUR 4.3 million in the German software startup tl;dv.

The company has developed an extension for video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet that offers a range of features allowing participants to record, transcribe and timestamp key moments, so that important information can be brought (back) into view quickly and easily after the meeting has ended.

The financing is intended to double down on aggregating live meeting insights across different meeting providers and to add Zoom to the existing integration with Google Meet.

Raphael Allstadt (Co-Founder & CEO, tl;dv): ‘WSS Redpoint has been something like our Chief Legal Officer since the day we were founded. The team genuinely supports us on every issue at very short notice and with top expertise. Through WSS, we also have access to a great partner network of legal specialists in all areas.’

tl;dv was advised on behalf of WSS Redpoint by Peter Siedlatzek (lead, venture capital, corporate law) and Bonny Kern (IT law, data protection).
