Peter has been advising startups / scaleups / ventures and investors for nearly 20 years. He is an experienced entrepreneur himself, guiding startups start to exit.. In addition, he advises business angels, venture capital companies and strategic investors on financing rounds and exits. He has steadily built up his experience based on more than 200 Venture Capital and M&A transactions.

Peter studied law and economics in Bayreuth, Düsseldorf and Münster. During and after his education, he worked for large, internationally operating law firms of lawyers, tax advisors and auditors from Germany and England.
