WSS Redpoint advises ANCLA Logistik GmbH on the merger with the Austrian fulfilment specialist LOGSTA GmbH.

ANCLA is an owner-managed company offering, under the PackAngels brand, a portfolio of fulfilment and logistics services specifically tailored to the needs of fast-growing e-commerce shops.

LOGSTA was founded in 2017 and is today the largest Austrian direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfilment service provider.

Through the merger, ANCLA and LOGSTA aim, as Europe’s largest D2C fulfilment service provider, to significantly expand the range of services offered by the two companies at nine locations in five countries.

ANCLA was advised on behalf of WSS Redpoint by Björn Brücher as lead counsel. Alongside WSS Redpoint, ANCLA was advised by Schoenherr, where partners Thomas Kulnigg and Christoph Moser took the lead, working alongside Andreas Lengger and Angelika Fischer.
