WSS Redpoint advises ANCLA Logistik GmbH on a Series A financing round by ALSTIN and Tengelmann Ventures (including a partial exit by the founders) of approx. EUR 10 million. As part of the financing round, the founders also sold some of their shares to the investors.

ANCLA is a logistics company offering a portfolio of fulfilment and logistics services specifically tailored to the needs of fast-growing e-commerce shops. Following the merger with the Austrian fulfilment specialist LOGSTA GmbH (https://wss-redpoint.com/wss-redpoint-beraet-ancla-bei-zusammenschluss-mit-logsta), the ANCLA group of companies has nine locations in five countries.

The services of the ANCLA group range from contract logistics and customs clearance to freight and e-commerce handling.
