WSS Redpoint advises the Aachen-based startup MANSIO on a seed financing round by STS Ventures, MobilityFund II and experienced business angels.

Founded by Dr Maik Schürmeyer, the software company MANSIO is revolutionising the future of long-haul road freight in Europe. With the MANSIO Relay Transport-System, an innovative software solution, MANSIO organises relay transport between lorries across different haulage companies. Through efficient trailer handovers and the use of real-time data, the system optimises the transport operations of all participating companies. This enables a significant increase in productivity through round-the-clock use of the lorries, reduces empty running and improves working conditions for drivers, who can return home after half a shift.
