WSS Redpoint advises the Aachen-based GRÜN Software Group, a fast-growing group of industry software manufacturers, on the acquisition of all shares in raw Rechen-Anlage West GmbH in Kreuzau.

With around 270 employees, GRÜN offers B2B software for business-critical processes in companies and institutions across a range of industries and segments. Bundling different industry solutions creates many synergies in development and marketing as well as in building a digital ecosystem with interfaces between all of the GRÜN group’s industry solutions.

With its 60 employees, raw is a leading software and service company for purchasing cooperatives in retail and for retail companies. In addition to the industry software ‘TeamServ’ for medium-sized retail companies, the company also offers invoice portals and outsourcing in the field of central settlement. Its customers include members of Eurobaustoff and hagebau, purchasing cooperatives such as INTERSPORT, unitex, Sport2000, Sabu, ANWR and Garant, as well as leading banks specialising in central settlement in the German-speaking region.
