WSS Redpoint advises the Cologne-based startup Catch Talents on a seven-figure seed financing round by Techvision Fond and NRW Bank.

Founded in 2020 by Marco Verhoeven and Justin Bous, Catch Talents offers software designed primarily to help small and medium-sized enterprises find new employees faster and more efficiently. To do this, Catch Talents posts job advertisements on several hundred connected job portals, but also analyses social networks, for example to identify and contact employees who are open to a move. In addition, the tool analyses candidates’ personalities and checks whether they match the company’s requirements. According to its own figures, the startup has so far won more than 400 companies as customers and filled thousands of positions.
